Motorola i930 review
A great phone we had the chance to test is the Motorola i930, a phone that was designed to rival the mobile phone market. Launched around 01/10/2005 the i930 is supporting the networks GSM 850 / 1900 / iDEN 800 / 900. Having a dimension of only 88 x 49 x 30 mm and having a weight of only 167 g, this cell phone makes an interesting tool. The Motorola i930 is equipped with a nice little camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / Flash / Video Recorder. This phone arrives with a Li-Ion battery, enough to talk for about 2.80 hours and gives in standby 95 hours. Its engineers included a 64 MB memory, just enough for a regular use! Adding to its internal memory you can increase it with external memory with SD / MMC memory cards.
An attractive option of the Motorola i930 is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The screen on this cell phone lets installation of wallpapers of 176 x 220 px. If you love to skin your phone you will be happy to know the i930 supports custom themes. The gaming engine Motorola i930 is based on J2ME, having cool little games to play with! Unsurprisingly, as it is available in all cell phones nowadays, the i930 enables both SMS and EMS.
Additionally it has MMS messaging to send all your multimedia messages! The text prediction tool exploits the T9 technology, which is renowned as a good tool. The i930 is supporting streaming media of type exploiting the Windows Media Player technology. The High speed data transfer uses the WiDEN technology. The i930 includes an infrared port for all your data transfer. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to exchange ringtones, wallpapers, etc.
We finish by believing the Motorola i930 to be a very attractive companion cell phone and we would recommend it to anyone interested in a good phone!
