Motorola Q review
A fantastic cell phone we have experimented is the Motorola Q, a cell phone that has been created to revolutionize a very competitive market. Unveiled around 01/4/2006 the Q functions under the networks CDMA 800 / CDMA 1900. Being of size 117 x 64 x 12 mm and having a weight of only 115 g, this phone is just the perfect size. The Motorola Q comes with a nice little camera of 1.3 MP / 1280 x 960 px / Flash / Video Recorder. The phone is equipped with a 1130 mAh Li-Ion battery, enough to talk for about 3.33 hours and gives in standby 200 hours. Its creators added a 64 MB memory, just enough a normal use! Summing to its internal memory you can increase it with external memory with miniSD memory cards.
A cool thing of the Motorola Q is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The screen on this cell phone lets you insert wallpapers of 320 x 240 px. If you like skinnable phones you will like to know the Q has customizable themes enabled. The game collection included in the Motorola Q runs on J2ME, supporting fun little games! Unsurprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the Q offers both services EMS and SMS messaging.
Additionally it has MMS messaging to send pictures and any multimedia file! The text prediction system exploits the T9 technology, which is very easy to use. The Q does support streaming media exploiting the Windows Media Player technology. This cell phone uses the cdma2000 1xEV-DO technology. The Q is also equipped with an infrared port for all your data transfer. The phone may be connected to a computer with a cable to transfer data between both systems.
We have found the Motorola Q to be a very attractive companion cell phone and we would recommend it to our readers!
