Nokia 6651 review
A special phone we had a look at is the Nokia 6651, a cell phone that has been created to revolutionize the mobile phone market. Launched around 01/7/2004 the 6651 supports the networks GSM 1900 / WCDMA 1900. Being of size 133 x 52 x 26 mm and having a weight of only 139 g, this phone has a perfect design. The Nokia 6651 is including a nice little camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / Self-Timer / Video Recorder. It comes with a 1000 mAh Li-Ion battery which lets you talk for about 3.00 hours and lasts in standby around 240 hours. Its creators incorporated a 7 MB memory, just enough a normal use! A cool thing of the Nokia 6651 is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The nice screen of this cell phone is capable of setting wallpapers of 128 x 160 px.
Nokia has designed its 6651 with a 4 chords ringtone player, ready for you to add a lot of ringtones. The game collection included in the Nokia 6651 runs on J2ME, which supports many fun games! Not surprisingly, being standard in all cell phone, the 6651 enables both SMS and EMS. It also supports MMS messaging to send all multimedia files! The calendar available is very intuitive and Nokia equipped it with a phone book with a capacity of 500.
The text prediction system uses the T9 technology, being very easy to use. The High speed data transfer is using the GPRS (Class 8) / UMTS (WCDMA) technology. The 6651 is also equipped with an infrared port for wireless communication. Connection to a computer is possible with a cable to transfer information. We have found the Nokia 6651 to be a fantastic cell phone and we happily suggest it to you!
