An admirable cell phone we had a look at is the Palm Treo 300, a phone that was conceived to revolutionize this year's market. Released around 01/7/2002 the Treo 300 works under the networks CDMA 1900. Measuring only 112 x 71 x 21 mm and weighting only 162 g, this phone has a perfect design. It comes with a 800 mAh Li-Ion battery, enough to talk for about 2.50 hours and lets in standby mode about 150 hours. Its creators added a 16 MB memory, just enough for a regular use! A cool thing of the Palm Treo 300 is the speaker phone, which is always useful in loud places! The nice screen of this cell phone is capable of setting wallpapers of 160 x 160 px.
Palm has created its Treo 300 with a 16 chords capable ringtones, making a great phone for you to add several ringtones. The gaming engine Palm Treo 300 is based on Palm OS, having cool games to distract yourself! Not surprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the Treo 300 offers both services EMS and SMS messaging. The calendar available is very intuitive and Palm provided a phone book having a contact list capacity of 250. The data transfer is using the cdma2000 1xRTT technology.
The Treo 300 is built with an infrared port for data transfer. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to share data between both systems. We have found the Palm Treo 300 to be an awesome cell phone and we would recommend it to you!
