A notable phone we had the chance to review is the Palm Treo 600 (CDMA), a phone that was designed to rival the mobile phone market. Unveiled around 01/10/2003 the Treo 600 (CDMA) is supporting the networks CDMA 800 / 1900. Measuring only 112 x 60 x 22 mm and weighting only 176 g, this phone has a perfect design. The Palm Treo 600 (CDMA) is equipped with a nice little camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px. This phone arrives with a 1800 mAh Li-Ion battery, enabling a talk time of 4.00 hours and lets in standby mode about 240 hours. Its engineers included a 24 MB memory, enough a normal use! Summing to its internal memory external memory can be added of format SD / MMC memory cards.
A cool thing of the Palm Treo 600 (CDMA) is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The nice screen of this cell phone lets installation of wallpapers of 160 x 160 px. Palm designed the Treo 600 (CDMA) with a 16 chords capable ringtones, making a great phone for you to add many ringtones. The gaming system included in the Palm Treo 600 (CDMA) is running on Palm OS, providing cool games to play with! Unsurprisingly, being standard in all cell phone, the Treo 600 (CDMA) has support for both SMS and EMS.
Additionally it has MMS messaging to send all your multimedia messages! The cell phone comes with a calendar which is very easy to use and Palm provided a phone book enabling a contact list of 600. The data transfer uses the cdma2000 1xRTT technology. The Treo 600 (CDMA) is built with an infrared port for wireless data transfer. Connection to a computer is possible with a cable to share information.
We have found the Palm Treo 600 (CDMA) to be a very interesting cell phone and we happily suggest it to anyone interested in a good phone!
