An extraordinary mobile phone we had a look at is the Panasonic GU87, a cell phone that has been created to rival this year's market. Unveiled around 01/4/2003 the GU87 is supporting the networks GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900. Being of size 98 x 49 x 23 mm and having a weight of only 103 g, this phone is just the perfect size. The Panasonic GU87 also includes an interesting camera of 0.1 MP / 352 x 288 px / 2X Zoom. This phone arrives with a 720 mAh Li-Ion battery, letting a talk time of 5.00 hours and gives in standby 150 hours. Its creators incorporated a 1 MB memory, enough a normal use! An interesting option of the Panasonic GU87 is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The nice screen of this cell phone lets installation of wallpapers of 132 x 176 px.
Panasonic designed the GU87 with a 16 chords capable ringtones, making a great phone for you to add many ringtones. The game collection included in the Panasonic GU87 runs on In-Fusio, supporting fun little games! Not surprisingly, being standard in all cell phone, the GU87 has support for both SMS and EMS. Adding to that it supports MMS messaging to send pictures and any multimedia file! The phone has a calendar which is well designed and Panasonic provided a phone book with a capacity of 200.
The prediction text tool is using the T9 technology, which is renowned as a good tool. This cell phone is using the GPRS (Class 8) technology. The GU87 is also equipped with an infrared port for all your data transfer. We have found the Panasonic GU87 to be a great cell phone and we would recommend it to anyone interested in a good phone!
