An interesting cell phone we had the chance to review is the Samsung SGH-D415, a phone that was conceived to rival this year's market. Launched around 01/7/2004 the SGH-D415 supports the networks GSM 900 / 1900. Measuring only 98 x 49 x 24 mm while weighting only 116 g, this cell phone makes an interesting tool. The Samsung SGH-D415 comes with an interesting camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / Rotate / Multi-Shot / Self-Timer / Video Recorder. This phone arrives with a 900 mAh Li-Ion battery which lets you talk for about 3.00 hours and lasts in standby around 205 hours. The nice screen of this cell phone lets setting a wallpaper of 176 x 220 px.
Samsung has modeled its SGH-D415 with a 64 chords ringtones engine, making a great phone for you to add tons of ringers. The gaming system included in the Samsung SGH-D415 runs on J2ME, supporting fun little games! Not surprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the SGH-D415 offers both services EMS and SMS messaging. Adding to that it supports MMS messaging to send all multimedia files! The phone has a calendar which is very intuitive and Samsung equipped it with a phone book having a contact list capacity of 1000.
The predictive text system is based on the T9 technology, being a top system for easy using. The data transfer uses the GPRS (Class 8) technology. The SGH-D415 has been designed with an infrared port for wireless communication. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to share information. We finish by believing the Samsung SGH-D415 to be a very attractive companion cell phone and we greatly encourage it to anyone interested in a good phone!
