A fantastic cell phone we had the chance to review is the Samsung SGH-S100, a phone that was conceived to rival a very competitive market. Launched around 01/10/2002 the SGH-S100 is supporting the networks GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900. Measuring only 89 x 47 x 23 mm and having a weight of only 92 g, this item´s size will please its users. The phone is equipped with a 750 mAh Li-Ion battery, enabling a talk time of 4.00 hours and provides in standby mode 100 hours. Its engineers included a 300 KB memory, enough for your daily tasks! The nice screen of this cell phone is capable of setting wallpapers of 128 x 128 px.
Samsung designed the SGH-S100 with a 16 chords capable ringtones, making a great phone for you to add all the ringtones you wish. The gaming system included in the Samsung SGH-S100 runs on J2ME, providing cool little games! Unsurprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the SGH-S100 has support for both SMS and EMS. The cell phone comes with a calendar which is well designed and Samsung equipped it with a phone book having a capacity of 500. The text prediction system is using the T9 technology, being a top system for easy using.
