A fantastic cell phone we had the chance to review is the Samsung SPH-A560, a cell phone that has been created to rival the mobile phone market. Unveiled around 01/7/2005 the SPH-A560 is supporting the networks AMPS 800 / CDMA 800 / 1900. Having a dimension of only 90 x 47 x 25 mm and having a weight of only 101 g, this item's size will satisfy its most skeptic users. It comes with a Li-Ion battery, enough to talk for about 3.33 hours and lets in standby mode about 96 hours. A cool thing of the Samsung SPH-A560 is the speaker phone, which is always useful in loud places! The screen on this cell phone lets you insert wallpapers of 128 x 160 px.
Samsung has created its SPH-A560 with a 32 chords capable ringtones, ready for you to add several ringtones. Not surprisingly, being standard in all cell phone, the SPH-A560 enables both SMS and EMS. Additionally it has MMS messaging to send pictures and any multimedia file! The phone includes a calendar which is very easy to use and Samsung provided a phone book with a capacity of 300. The text prediction tool is based on the T9 technology, which is very easy to use.
The SPH-A560 supports streaming media exploiting the PCS Vision technology. The High speed data transfer is using the cdma2000 1xRTT technology. We finish by believing the Samsung SPH-A560 to be a very interesting cell phone and we happily suggest it to our readers!
