Siemens C60 review
An admirable cell phone we had the chance to review is the Siemens C60, a phone that was designed to revolutionize the mobile phone market. Launched around 01/7/2003 the C60 is supporting the networks GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900. Having a dimension of only 110 x 47 x 23 mm while weighting only 85 g, this item's size will satisfy its most skeptic users. The phone is equipped with a 700 mAh Li-Ion battery, letting a talk time of 5.00 hours and lets in standby mode about 250 hours. Its creators added a 1.8 MB memory, enough a normal use! An interesting option of the Siemens C60 is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The screen on this cell phone lets installation of wallpapers of 101 x 80 px.
Siemens built the C60 with a 16 chords ringtone ringer, ready for you to add several ringtones. The gaming system included in the Siemens C60 runs on J2ME, having cool little games to play with! Not surprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the C60 has support for both SMS and EMS. It also supports MMS messaging to send all your multimedia messages! The text prediction tool exploits the T9 technology, which is very easy to use.
This cell phone is using the GPRS (Class 8) technology. Connection to a computer is supported with a cable to exchange ringtones, wallpapers, etc. We believe the Siemens C60 to be a great cell phone and we happily suggest it to anyone interested in a good phone!
