Siemens ST55 review
A fantastic cell phone we had a look at is the Siemens ST55, a cell phone that has been created to revolutionize a very competitive market. Launched around 01/7/2003 the ST55 functions under the networks GSM 900 / 1800. Being of size 99 x 47 x 22 mm and having a weight of only 87 g, this phone is just the perfect size. The Siemens ST55 is including an interesting camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / 4X Zoom. This phone arrives with a 750 mAh Li-Ion battery, letting a talk time of 4.50 hours and lasts in standby around 140 hours. Its creators added a 1.2 MB memory, a good quantity a normal use! A cool thing of the Siemens ST55 is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The screen on this cell phone lets you insert wallpapers of 120 x 128 px.
Siemens created the ST55 with a 40 chords ringtone ringer, ready for you to add all the ringtones you wish. Unsurprisingly, since it is now standard in all phones, the ST55 supports both SMS and EMS. It also supports MMS messaging to send all your multimedia messages! The cell phone comes with a calendar which is well designed and Siemens provided a phone book having a contact list capacity of 250.
The text prediction tool uses the T9 technology, which is very easy to use. The High speed data transfer is using the GPRS (Class 10) technology. We believe the Siemens ST55 to be a very interesting cell phone and we happily suggest it to anyone interested in a good phone!
