Measuring only 98 x 47 x 21 mm while weighting only 116 g, this item's size will satisfy its most skeptic users. The Sony Ericsson W850i is equipped with a nice little camera of 2.0 MP / Flash / 4X Zoom / Video Recorder / Video Calling. Its engineers included a 64.0 MB memory, enough a normal use! Adding to its internal memory external memory can be added of format Memory Stick PRO Duo memory cards.
A cool thing of the Sony Ericsson W850i is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The large screen lets setting a wallpaper of 240 x 320 px. Sony Ericsson designed the W850i with a 40 chords capable ringtones, ready for you to add tons of ringers. If you like phones that uses skins you will be happy to know the W850i enables custom. The game collection included in the Sony Ericsson W850i is running on J2ME / Mascot Capsule 3D, which supports many fun games! Not surprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the W850i enables both SMS and EMS.
It also supports MMS messaging to send pictures and clips! The text prediction tool uses the T9 technology, which is renowned as a good tool. This cell phone uses the GPRS (Class 10) / UMTS technology. The W850i is also equipped with an infrared port for wireless data transfer. Connection to a computer is possible with a cable to transfer information. We have found the Sony Ericsson W850i to be a very interesting cell phone and we happily suggest it to anyone interested in a good phone!
