T-Mobile Sidekick 3 review
A great phone we have experimented is the T-Mobile Sidekick 3, a phone that was designed to revolutionize the mobile phone market. Released around 01/4/2006 the Sidekick 3 functions under the networks GSM 850 / 1800 / 1900. Measuring only 132 x 58 x 23 mm and weighting only 181 g, this phone has a perfect design. The T-Mobile Sidekick 3 also includes a powerful camera of 1.3 MP / 1280 x 1024 px / Flash / Zoom. This cell phone comes with a Li-Ion battery, enabling a talk time of 4.50 hours and provides in standby mode 72 hours. Its engineers included a 64.0 MB memory, enough a normal use! Summing to its internal memory external memory can be added of format miniSD memory cards.
An interesting option of the T-Mobile Sidekick 3 is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The screen on this cell phone lets setting a wallpaper of 240 x 160 px. The game collection included in the T-Mobile Sidekick 3 is running on J2ME, which supports many fun games! Unsurprisingly, as it is available in all cell phones nowadays, the Sidekick 3 has support for both SMS and EMS. The cell phone comes with a calendar which is very easy to use and T-Mobile included a phone book having a capacity of 2000.
The text prediction system is using the AutoText technology, which is renowned as a good tool. This cell phone uses the GPRS (Class 10) / EDGE technology. The phone may be connected to a computer with a cable to share data between both systems. We believe the T-Mobile Sidekick 3 to be a very interesting cell phone and we would recommend it to someone in search of a good phone!
