A great phone we had the chance to test is the T-Mobile Tap, a phone that was designed to revolutionize this year's market. Measuring only 107 x 56 x 13 mm and weighting only 105 g, this cell phone makes an interesting tool. The phone is equipped with a 1150 mAh Li-Ion battery, letting a talk time of 5 hours hours and provides in standby mode 10 days hours. Its engineers included a 128.0 MB memory, just enough for a regular use! An attractive option of the T-Mobile Tap is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The large screen is capable of setting wallpapers of 240 x 320 px.
If you like phones that uses skins you will like to know the Tap enables custom. The gaming engine T-Mobile Tap is running on J2ME, supporting fun little games! Not surprisingly, as it is available in all cell phones nowadays, the Tap supports both SMS and EMS. Additionally it has MMS messaging to send all multimedia files! The prediction text tool exploits the T9 technology, which is very easy to use. The Tap is supporting streaming media of type exploiting the MPEG-4 / H.263 / H.264 / 3GPP technology. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to share data between both systems.
